Join us for an exclusive in-person event where we discuss the key changes to Singapore’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulatory landscape that occurred during the pandemic.

Since 2022, Singapore has taken on the Presidency of Financial Action Task Force (FATF), and
Mr. T. Rajar Kumar had laid out the groundwork and preparation for 5th round of mutual evaluations, with increasing the effectiveness of AML/CFT measures being a key tenet of Singapore’s FATF Presidency.

As Singapore is expecting FATF’s Mutual Evaluation, we foresee regulatory scrutiny to be much higher in 2023.
