Having worked in regional business hubs like Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, Wei Li brings with her over 20 years of experience in audit and consulting.
As a Partner at KPMG in Singapore’s risk consulting practice, she focuses on enterprise risk management, corporate governance, compliance review and internal audit services.
Her role also involves leading projects in the not-for-profit sector. She has assisted the Commissioner of Charities and sector administrators in the governance review process to ensure that charities meet compliance standards in accordance with the Code of Governance for Charities and IPCs.
She has co-authored several thought leaderships articles for the public sector on risk and controls. Her latest write-up focuses on ERM 2.0 and delves into integrating risk and strategy, exploring risk interconnectivity, enhancing risk culture and leveraging technology. Together with the Office of Commissioner of Charities, she also co-published a thought leadership piece on influencing risk and risk culture for charitable sectors.
As part of the Listed Entity Director Module 6: Board Risk Committee Essentials programme, Wei Li also conducts training for board of directors in Singapore.
