Jonathan heads our governance and risk consulting advisory services, with over 25 years of industry experience. He combines practical, hands-on experience with a deep understanding of issues in corporate governance, risk management and assurance reviews to help clients implement transformation strategies across a wide range of sectors, from asset management and financial services to real estate.
As our head of infrastructure, government and healthcare, Jonathan focuses on driving progressive strategies and solutions for clients in digital technology and transformation, ESG, emerging and cyber risk management and governance and assurance.
He was previously based in our UK member firm, where he specialised in corporate governance, risk management and internal audit, providing comprehensive guidance in diverse areas, from business growth to initial public offering processes.
Jonathan has published articles in academic journals and leading business publications, and regularly provides the media with insights and expertise on corporate governance practices and enterprise-related issues. A prominent figure in the advisory space, he is often invited to speak at seminars and facilitate roundtable forums.
He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Nomination Committee in Singapore and previously served on its Board of Governors.
