Wu Hong is the partner co-leading Infrastructure, Government, Healthcare (IGH) & Manufacturing, Tax, sector. He is also the Head of Enterprise and has over 27 years of Singapore and international tax experience.
Wu Hong’s expertise includes intellectual property planning, tax efficient supply chain strategies, financing strategies, group reorganisations, planning for tax effective acquisitions and disposals and advising on cross border transactions. His experience covers a wide range of industries including healthcare, life sciences, consumer & retails, construction, shipping, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and information technology. He has assisted numerous clients with the applications of tax rulings and negotiations of tax incentives/ grants with the Singapore tax authorities and Government agencies. He is a frequent speaker on tax related topics.
Wu Hong is a fellow member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants & CPA Australia. He is also a Board member of Tax Academy Singapore.
