Jovan has over 10 years of experience in advisory and audit services, as well as in the private sector, with a strong focus on business and finance transformation. He began his career at KPMG, spending four years working with leading clients in Serbia and market leaders across the Balkans, gaining deep insights into multiple industries.

He then joined Farmina Pet Foods, initially implementing accounting, controlling, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting tools (Microsoft NAV and BI) to optimize operations and processes for factories and commercial entities within the Group. Jovan advanced to the role of Business & Finance Manager for the Tokyo subsidiary, where he led the full setup of the business from the ground up—building the team, establishing distributor relationships, optimizing supply chain and logistics, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring financial performance. Under his leadership, the subsidiary became a fully structured, financially independent organization with all key functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics), successfully entering one of the world’s most competitive markets.

Today, Jovan is part of the KPMG Advisory team, leading management consulting engagements focused on organizational effectiveness, operating model and process design, and performance improvement—linking finance, controlling, and budgeting with execution. He also advises companies on ESG strategy and compliance, helping them adapt to CBAM regulations, optimize supply chains, and align with European and global sustainability standards.

His expertise in financial management, FP&A, and transformation enables organizations to navigate complex regulatory environments and achieve sustainable growth.
