Nenad began his professional career in 2004, advising on a wide range of transactions and business restructuring/reorganization projects.
His expertise covers all areas of Serbian and Montenegrin tax systems, including both direct and indirect taxes.
Nenad has extensive experience in tax advisory services including corporate income tax, international taxation, cross border tax structuring, pre and post privatization tax optimization, M&A tax, for various foreign clients in Serbia and in Montenegro. He serves clients in wide range of industries: financial services, energy, real estate, automotive, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, FMCG, etc.
Involved in a number of tax due diligence projects and tax reviews including, among other, VAT reviews, tax reviews as a part of audit of financial statements. Nenad was also engaged on tax compliance/administration assignments (including VAT, excise duties, corporate income tax, personal income tax and social security contributions, etc.) and in communication with the Serbian tax officials (i.e. both the Ministry of Finance and the Tax Authorities).
He serves clients in wide range of industries: building and construction, mining, real estate, automotive, energy, financial services, media and marketing, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, production and distribution of fast mowing consumer goods (FMCG) - including excise products/goods, etc.
From 2011 engaged as a lecturer within the KPMG Business School in Central and Eastern Europe in the field of international taxation.
