Katarina began her professional career in 2002 in accounting and payroll, with highly specialized expertise in managing payroll and HR payroll processes from 2011. She has developed comprehensive knowledge of financial and tax accounting, ensuring exceptional accuracy, reliability, and compliance across all payroll-related activities.
Thanks to her strong leadership skills, she successfully leads and develops her team. She works on improving and optimizing processes, as well as ensuring full compliance with applicable legal and tax regulations. He has significant experience in implementing new systems and improving operational efficiency in complex business environments.
Since 2024, she has held the position of Director of the Payroll Department at KPMG AAS, where she is responsible for the strategic and operational management of end-to-end payroll operations, as well as the continuous development and strengthening of the team.
She has been a member of the KPMG AAS team since 2016.
