Nikola has extensive professional experience in Serbia and Montenegro in various audit, assurance and advisory engagements. He joined KPMG in Serbia in 2007 and had the opportunity to work in KPMG US as a member of Financial Services Department in New York office. He is the partner in charge for organizing and monitoring audit, audit related, financial and risk advisory engagements performed for clients. Comprehensive and perennial experience in the audit of standalone and consolidated financial statements, and financial information of the reporting packages prepared for group consolidation purposes, prepared in accordance with national legislation, IFRS and GAAP.
Nikola also has broad experience in acquisitions, mergers, valuations and other advisory projects.
