      Stefan Antonić is an attorney at law and founding partner of Antonić and partners, law firm which is part of KPMG Law network. He leads a legal practice covering Serbia and Montenegro, advising a wide range of domestic and international clients.

      He focuses on M&A, project development, and infrastructure transactions. Furthermore, he has a strong track record in commercial, corporate, real estate and banking law, with hands-on experience in major cross-border deals.

      Throughout his career, he has worked on numerous significant transactions and strategically important projects both in Serbia and across the region, gaining a reputation as a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of client needs and the specific characteristics of the local market.

        • Regulations of the Republic of Serbia relating to the taxation of carbon emissions
