KPMG’s “Your KPMG Project” program is designed for final-year students and recent graduates from faculties in the fields of economics, law, mathematics, organizational sciences, and other related disciplines. The program is held at the KPMG offices, where participants have the opportunity, every other week in the afternoon, to attend interactive workshops and learn more about the services our firm provides:
- Audit
- Tax and legal advisory
- Advisory services
After completing all workshops, participants join a final gathering that includes a quiz and award ceremony.
Topics include:
- Audit of commercial companies
- Audit of banks and insurance companies
- Tax aspects of multinational companies entering the Serbian market
- Transfer pricing
- M&A process – what company acquisitions look like in practice
- Corporate restructuring and pre-packaged reorganization plans (UPPR)
- Management & Risk Consulting
This program is an opportunity to meet consultants and auditors, learn more about the areas we work in, collaborate in teams, and gain insight into what working at KPMG looks like. Participants discover how complex problems are solved in innovative ways, how to apply logical reasoning, and how to improve presentation skills. The program also includes a mock job interview.
