Dominik has over 15 years of experience in management consulting field during which he managed the transactions for Polish and foreign clients from various industries supporting them in the preparation of the business strategy, delivering operational and digital transformation programs. He led assignments focused on increasing the enterprise value. In KPMG he leads Business Strategy and Transactions Team within the Deal Advisory practice.
