Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for SAP functional practice growth, solution excellence, and client engagement leadership.
- Define Practice Strategy and Roadmap for relevant module
- Lead Pre-Sales and Solution Proposals
- Oversee Project Governance
- Develop Talent and Capacity in relevant domain
- Strengthen Client Relationship
Eligibility Requirements
- 15+ years of SAP consulting experience, leading enterprise-scale transformations, large teams, and multi-stream projects with cross-functional integration expertise.
- SAP certification in one or more modules
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in global or multi-country implementations (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder and consulting leadership with senior-level influence
- Proven ability to drive complex programs and deliver results while building high-performing teams
