Transaction Advisory | Financial Due Diligence & Valuations
Location: Islamabad
Join our Transaction Advisory team and work on complex and high-impact transactions across a range of sectors. You will advise corporate, private equity and institutional clients on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and other strategic transactions, providing financial due diligence, valuation and commercial insight. Depending on your level, you will support or lead the delivery of engagements and take increasing responsibility for client relationships and team delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and valuation engagements;
- Analyse financial and operational information to identify key risks, opportunities and value drivers;
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and financial analysis;
- Engage with clients and management teams and provide commercially focused insights;
- Support and coach junior team members;
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence, M&A advisory, valuations or a related transaction environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- CA, ACCA, CFA or progress towards a relevant professional qualification will be preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, problem-solving and commercial skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced transaction environment.
