Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client engagements or components of large-scale engagements of moderate complexity, along with attending client meetings;
- Assist in ensuring effective engagement management by achieving the required realization, revenue and profitability targets, while also ensuring Firm’s quality standards;
- Providing technical knowledge, coaching and training to junior team members;
- Maintaining an awareness of market trends, competitor activity and products/ services;
- Meet CPD requirements and complete Firm’s assigned training on a timely basis; and
- Working and travelling to outstation locations or being seconded to Firm’s clientele.
Eligibility Requirements
- Part qualified ICAP or ACCA with 3 years training completed.
- Only the candidates with training completed with Top Tier Audit firms will be considered - preferably in Advisory and Audit/Assurance functions.
- Candidates with experience in Internal audit, GRC and business processes re-engineering are preferred.
- Industry experience in Retail, Textile, Technology/ IT, Pharma, Hospitality and Healthcare.
- Knowledge or certifications in leading ERPs are required.
- Data analytics, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation and team management/ building skills.
