Internal Audit
Location: Islamabad
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements from planning to reporting in accordance with IIA standards and firm methodology;
- Develop risk-based internal audit plans and engagement work programs in accordance with the international frameworks;
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, regulatory compliance, and recommend actionable improvements;
- Supervise and review the work of junior team members, provide guidance and on-the-job coaching;
- Prepare internal audit reports, liaise with client management to communicate findings and agree on action plans.
Eligibility Requirements
- ACCA or CA or CIA Qualified or any other relevant qualification;
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or related fields;
- Prior experience with a Big 4 professional services firm will be given preference;
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and governance practices;
- Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated adaptability and a strong willingness to learn and grow;
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
