Some ways we do this are through our Pou Ahurea (cultural advisor), Kiwa affinity group, Māori language strategy and developing relationships with local kura kaupapa, mana whenua and Māori boarding schools.

Whānau

We offer gender-neutral support for all stages of the parental journey, including 18 weeks of fully paid parental leave

Social clubs

Our social clubs hold regular events aimed at bringing people together for social, sporting, cultural, family and fundraising activities.
