Erik-Jan van Workum

Erik-Jan is part of the Finance & Business Services team where he combines his organizational, process and people skills to lead (regulatory) finance transformations within the financial services industry. He is predominantly active within the insurance sector, where he provides services to large and mid-sized Dutch insurers. He is an expert in the data to report value chain with a focus on reporting activities (e.g. CSRD/ESG, IFRS 17, Pillar 2). He practices target operating model design, operational excellence and process redesign to improve existing ways of working.
