Strong results
The financial year (October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025) shows solid operating results. Both Assurance and Advisory have grown due to increasing client demand. With an increase of 5.1 percent to €809.9 million, revenue rose faster than the market.
Chair of the Board of Management and CEO Stephanie Hottenhuis stated, "I am proud of these results. We have succeeded in equipping our people at record speed with knowledge and skills, not only to apply new technologies, but to develop them ourselves. This is how we are preparing for a future in which disruption by AI and geopolitical shifts are inevitable."
Smarter with AI
KPMG has integrated AI into all its processes and services. AI is changing the work, especially for junior colleagues, but also for senior positions. Repetitive work is disappearing. Instead, there will be more emphasis on data analysis. In this regard, reliable and responsible AI is important. There is a lot of focus on ethics, AI literacy, training people and building in human controls. With tools developed by KPMG, teams are working in a smarter and more innovative way.
"Together we are delivering audits and solutions that provide more insights and that are deeper and broader. I believe that AI enables our people to fulfill our social role more productively and with confidence. But, in a world where technology and artificial intelligence are transforming work, one thing remains clear: it is people who make the real difference," says CEO Stephanie Hottenhuis.
Stephanie Hottenhuis is reappointed for a third term, of two years, as CEO and chair of the board of management.
