We are pleased to announce that KPMG N.V. has appointed Pascal Visée as of 1 August 2024 as member of the supervisory board, Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee and member of the Assurance Quality Committee at KPMG.

Pascal Visée has extensive experience both as a supervisory board member and as member and chairman of an audit committee. He is a certified public accountant. His career started at Unilever, where he worked for 26 years, in several countries. Thereafter he worked as an independent advisor on management and technology, amongst others as an external senior advisor for McKinsey and Genpact. Over the past ten years, he has held a combination of advisory and supervisory roles. He is currently also a supervisory board member at Rabobank Group, Royal FloraHolland and Lucas Bols and a non-executive board member of Ketel One Worldwide

Pascal Visée is the successor of Gosse Boon. He will leave the supervisory board after two terms of four years. KPMG thanks Gosse Boon for his contribution, constructively critical attitude and attention for continuous improvements which he has pushed over the last eight years.

The Supervisory Board

In May 2015 KPMG installed a fully external SB, consisting of six external members appointed for a term of four years by the shareholders of KPMG N.V. The task of the Supervisory Board is to oversee the Executive Board and provide KPMG with an independent and objective viewpoint. This helps to create a KPMG that is actively involved in an open dialogue with society and invests continuously in the further improvement of quality, innovation and culture.
