Claartje Bulten

Claartje Bulten (1975) is a professor of Company Law at the Radboud University Nijmegen, Board member of the Research Centre for Enterprise & Law and a member of the Company Law Commission of the Ministry of Justice and Security.

She is Chair of the Van der Heijden Institute, where she recently led a multidisciplinary research project about diversity and inclusion. From 2016 until 2020 she was a Crown-appointed member of the Social and Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER), an advisory body on key social and economic issues.
