Ernest-Jan has over 25 years of knowledge and experience in the field of IT transformation and transformations of IT-intensive organisations. As a portfolio/programme/project manager, he has supported various organisations in formulating and implementing IT strategies, restructuring IT organisations and shared-service centres, designing and implementing IT governance and IT directing, renewed IT-cost-based management, benchmarking and related (complex) organisational changes in, for example, shared-service centres. Ernest-Jan has experience in various sectors, including government, semi state-controlled companies, the financial sector, transport & logistics, and telecommunications.
