Elijah Oladunmoye

Elijah is a Partner in the Financial Services Industry, Audit Division of KPMG in Nigeria and has garnered over 15 years of professional experience having worked for clients in various industries including the financial services and its sub-sectors. He has deep experience in financial statement/statutory audit, special/project audit, IFRS advisory, due diligence reviews, accounting advisory, credit reviews and other agreed-upon procedures for entities across various industries of the economy.

Prior to joining the Financial Services Audit & Assurance Group, Elijah was an Associate Director in the Deal Advisory Group with deep experience in assisting our clients on several deal structuring and advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory reporting, due diligence, reporting accountant mandates, business valuation, deal structuring, sell and buy-side assistance as well as business integration. His client portfolio include the public sector and private equity clients both locally and internationally.

Elijah has varied professional experience working for public sector and private equity clients both locally and internationally on transactions in various business segments, delivering value adding result with industry leading practice.

Elijah also possesses industry experience in ICT spanning Computer Warehouse Group Plc as Group CFO, Vodacom Business Nigeria as Executive Director, Finance, and Weiji Capital as Origination Director for Sub-Saharan markets advising clients across all private market sectors (with focus on agriculture, manufacturing, energy, consumer, healthcare and financials) seeking to raise equity, convertible and/or debt capital.

Elijah has demonstrated his expertise in assisting our clients on several projects and has served as engagement director and project lead on various assignments for our key.

He has attended several management and leadership development programs both locally and internationally.
