Ajibola is the Partner & Head of Deal Advisory, M & A, Tax, KPMG in Nigeria and has garnered over 28 years of experience having advised several local and multi-national organizations on various assignments such as framework development and review, tax and regulatory compliance and advisory, implementation of cross-border schemes, corporate mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, compliance checks and audits, reorganization and recapitalization and business restructuring. Ajibola has provided regulatory and tax advisory, outsourcing and compliance services to multinational and national companies in the areas of incorporation and start-up advisory services, corporate tax compliance, planning and advisory work, mergers and acquisitions, payroll outsourcing and management, indirect tax management, personal income taxes (PIT), withholding tax (WHT), petroleum income tax (PIT), etc., in various industries including: financial services, energy and natural resources, consumer/industrial markets, manufacturing, telecommunications & communication and power.

He has experience in advising companies in various industries and sectors of the economy including communications, oil and gas, and other sectors on Group taxation, International Corporate Tax and International Executive Services and has advised on the restructuring, mergers and acquisition of major companies operating in the manufacturing, aviation and oil and gas sectors in Nigeria.
