Gloria Ibeziako

Gloria is an Associate Director and Head of the People, Performance and Culture (PPC) Unit of the Central Services Division of KPMG in Nigeria. She has garnered over 15 years’ experience covering all aspects of the HR function, encompassing manpower planning and talent acquisition, organizational design and development, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement. She is a Strategic Partner on all People initiative with an oversight of over 1000 employees.

Gloria is a skilled communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with people at all levels using empathy, tact and diplomacy. She is a seasoned HR professional with strategic mindset, organized, methodical with excellent time management, prioritisation and planning; business minded and commercially aware with a proven ability to deliver bottom-line results.
