Bolanle Afolabi

Bolanle has over fifteen (15) years in-depth and hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting, financial controls and processes, financial analysis and change management. She has participated in several projects including finance function transformation, IFRS conversions, financial statement audits and reviews, critical examination of documentation of financial transactions towards the preparation of statements of affairs, documentation of accounting policies and procedures, SOX reviews and process audits for several clients in key sectors.

She has also been seconded to various clients in the key sectors, to provide leadership to the finance functions, which was instrumental to the transformation of the finance functions of these clients. She has strong leadership, problem solving, team building and project management skills.
