Dolapo is Partner, Deal Advisory in the Advisory Services Division, KPMG in Nigeria. She joined KPMG in 2006 and became a Partner in 2021. Dolapo is a deal advisory expert providing support to Private Equity Firms, Corporates, Development Financial Institutions on transactions including M&As, capital raisings, corporate restructuring etc. Her experience cuts across various sectors such as financial services, consumer markets, technology, healthcare, etc.
Over the last 17 years, Dolapo has become recognised as a trusted adviser helping clients drive value through the deal cycle. This has contributed to nurturing and developing strong relationships with clients and relevant industry stakeholders.
She is also actively involved in mentoring and developing people within and outside KPMG as well as supporting the growth agenda of start-ups and small businesses by facilitating sessions on financial management and business planning.
Dolapo holds a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance with Computing from the University of Kent (UK) and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
In her spare time, Dolapo enjoys reading, catching up on her favorite TV shows, spending time with family and friends as well as on church activities.
