      We work across the full journey — from policy and strategy formulation to framework and market design, and through implementation, pilots, and operational delivery — helping clients respond to regulatory, market, infrastructure, and transition challenges.

      STRATEGY

      (Direction-setting, policy and regulatory design, planning, readiness assessments)

      We support the government in setting up economic policies as well engaging with public and private sector organizations in defining long‑term strategies that respond to policy, regulatory, market and infrastructure transitions.

      Our Strategy work spans:

      Development of carbon markets, carbon pricing policies and supporting national infrastructure guidelines.

      Structuring sustainable finance frameworks and taxonomies to support credible transition plans and capital allocation decisions.

      Designing tariff and cost recovery mechanisms for infrastructure services.

      Improving project bankability and investment readiness, including considerations relating to climate, nature and social impact.

      Shaping corporate, sectoral and national transformation strategies, including sustainability, net‑zero, decarbonization, nature-related and just transition roadmaps.

      Assessing climate risk, vulnerability and transition exposure in line with IFRS S2 climate-related disclosures.

      Designing climate and sustainability governance, policy and regulatory frameworks to drive efficiency, investment and market signals.

      Planning adaptation strategies across infrastructure, energy, transport, health, agriculture and ecosystems, including nature‑based adaptation solutions.

      This work helps clients set clear direction, align stakeholders and establish credible pathways from ambition to action.

      SUSTAINABILITY

      (Climate, nature, social, finance)

      Sustainability is a core driver of long-term enterprise value, resilience and risk management. We support organizations in integrating climate, nature and social considerations into business strategy, operating models, capital allocation, sustainability reporting and assurance readiness, while aligning with local and leading global sustainability frameworks such as IFRS S1 and IFRS S2.

      Our Sustainability services include:

      TRANSFORMATION
