Mr. Ingmar Rega

Ingmar is KPMG in Germany's Chief Performance Officer and former Head of Audit. He joined KPMG in 1995 and was elected to the KPMG partnership in 2002. Until September 2010, he was leading the National Private Equity Audit Team. In this role he advised and audited private equity funds and their portfolio. He was additionally leading the Global Assurance Initiative within Audit Germany before becoming Head of Audit in 2011. As Chief Performance Officer, member of the Board, Ingmar is in charge of the operational management of the delivery of services in Germany. By using the advantages of digitalization and modularization, he is running various programs to constantly increase the value of the services provided. His primary aim is to provide the highest value for the clients while using the most innovative and efficient methods.
