This Decision was published in the Montenegrin Official Gazette as of 13 April 2020, comes into force on the same day and refers to the period from April 1 to June 30, 2020.
By this Decision, legal entities and entrepreneurs carrying out activities listed in Annex 1, which is integral part of this alert, are temporary exempted from payment of membership fee.
The Decision prescribes the form of the request for exemption from payment of the membership fee. In order to exercise the rights referred to in this Decision, legal entities and entrepreneurs are obliged to submit the request to the Chamber of Commerce by April 30, 2019 in paper form or by email at the following email address: pkcg@pkcg.org
