In January 2001, KPMG d.o.o. Belgrade opened an office in Montenegro. Since 2006, the Montenegrin office has been operating as a separate affiliated company of the Serbian office under the name KPMG d.o.o. Podgorica.
KPMG d.o.o. Belgrade was established in August 1996, while the Podgorica office was founded in 2001, initially as a business unit, and has been operating independently under the name KPMG d.o.o. Podgorica since 2006.
