      Pyumi has experience in supporting family business clients with establishing effective family and business governance structures, parallel planning so the goals and strategies of the family and the business are aligned, planning for the orderly transition of the next generation into the business and the continuity of family management and ownership of the business over the long term. She is also involved in Board Advisory engagements.

      She has been provided with global training conducted by KPMG International on frequent basis to equip her with required technical skills and knowledge in relation to Family Business Governance and Board Governance.

      KPMG Sri Lanka invested in training her with Family Business Professionals of KPMG Australia, France and Germany.

      She has successfully completed several Family Business engagements in Sri Lanka during the past 4 years and has organized many events to educate the local family business owners regarding the need for Governance.

      Pyumi has strong international experience and has worked at the KPMG London office in the Financial Services Practice including clients in the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
