      Manager (Finance) - Management Consulting

      What you'll do:

      • Lead and deliver finance transformation engagements, including diagnostics, solution design, and implementation support.
      • Assess and enhance finance operating models and core processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Planning & Budgeting).
      • Perform financial analysis, modelling, and business case development to support strategic decision-making.
      • Manage project workstreams, monitor delivery quality, and proactively address risks.
      • Supervise and mentor junior team members while supporting divisional administrative activities.

      What you will bring:

      Education
      • Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent (completed).
      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is an added advantage.
      Experience
      • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in management consulting or finance transformation roles.
      • Strong financial analysis, Excel modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
      • Sound understanding of accounting principles and core finance processes.
      Personal Attributes
      • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
      • Proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
      • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
      • Prepare MIS and HR reports, perform data analysis, and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
      • Analyze exit interviews and pulse check feedback to improve retention and reduce attrition.

      Requirements:

      Education & Experience
      • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized University/Institution.
      • Minimum six years of work experience, with at least two years in a managerial role.
