Dushani’s experience with KPMG spans over 17 years with her primary focus in Deal Advisory specializing in Corporate Finance. Dushani has successfully led and assisted in a range of advisory engagements including those in Valuations, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Due Diligence and Strategy Projects. She currently leads engagements carried out by the Corporate Finance and M&A division of KPMG in Sri Lanka.
