Raditha counts over 16 years of experience in audit assignment both in Sri Lanka and in the Maldives. As the Head of Department of Professional Practice, he is experienced in providing guidance on accounting and auditing related technical guidance to the Firm and to clients. He has experience in working with multiple banks and NBFIs in Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Bhutan.
