      Managed wind downs and voluntary (solvent) liquidation

      When an entity reaches the end of its useful life, a solvent liquidation can help bring its affairs to a close securely and efficiently.       For entities that have settled debts and distributed assets, the team can be appointed as voluntary liquidators to oversee deregistration and dissolution, including CIMA deregistration. Early planning and timely action may help avoid unnecessary fees, and the process is efficient and straightforward.

      Where active management is no longer needed, the team can manage the wind down of entities, removing the need for ongoing director or administrator fees. For CIMA-registered entities, the team can apply for an audit waiver, reducing closure costs and simplifying the final steps.
