      Our Summer Internship Program offers university students a dynamic, hands‑on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the professional services industry. Interns are exposed to a wide range of service areas, with Audit being our largest department encompassing Asset Management, Insurance, Banking, and Private Enterprise. Depending on the opportunities available during the summer, roles may also be offered across several other business functions.

      • Program timing: During the summer months, offering placements between June and August.
      • Mentorship: Each intern is paired with a Buddy for guidance, support, and help navigating the office and firm culture.
      • Training: Build on your classroom knowledge through structured professional development sessions, industry‑relevant skills training, and full access to LinkedIn Learning courses to support your continued growth.
      • Work experience: Direct involvement in professional assignments, including supporting your team by analyzing information, preparing documentation, and contributing to various client‑focused activities.
      • Networking: Participate in team‑building and networking activities, including opportunities to connect with professionals locally as well as across our regional and international offices.
      • Community involvement: Engage in community activities that allow you to support local organizations, build connections, and make a meaningful impact.

      Applicants should meet the following criteria:

      • Available for employment between June–August
      • Enrolled as an undergraduate student
      • Demonstrated strong academic performance; a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 may be required
      • Pursuing one of the following majors or fields of study:
        • Accounting
        • Actuarial Science
        • Computer Science
        • Data & Analytics
        • Finance
        • International Business
        • Management Information Systems

      Applications are accepted annually and can be submitted online. During the application process, you will be asked to upload:

      • A cover letter outlining your area(s) of interest
      • A current resume
      • An official transcript demonstrating academic achievement
