KPMG Middle East & South Asia achieves growth despite the COVID-19 Pandemic

The aggregated revenue of KPMG member firms in the Middle East & South Asia (“MESA”) region grew by 3.7% in local currency terms for the fiscal year ended 30 September 2020, despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The KPMG MESA region’s workforce grew further to over 8,100 with more than 1,900 hires in the year, including 56 new Partners and Directors.

The aggregated revenue of KPMG member firms in the Middle East & South Asia (“MESA”) region grew by 3.7% in local currency terms for the fiscal year ended 30 September 2020, despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The KPMG MESA region’s workforce grew further to over 8,100 with more than 1,900 hires in the year, including 56 new Partners and Directors.

Several prestigious accolades were received in the region including, ‘Best Research & Consultancy’ at the MEA Finance Awards – 2020, winner in the ‘Audit Service Provider’ category at the MENA Insurance Awards – 2020 and World Tax Recommended Firm – 2020 according to the International Tax Review, reaffirming a strong commitment to providing high-quality professional services.
