Prior to joining KPMG Kuwait, she was with KPMG India, where she successfully managed and streamlined critical projects to strengthen policies and processes, ensuring robust risk and quality frameworks. She also led various initiatives in Risk Compliance and System of Quality Management (SOQM). Phillomeena has led numerous internal and external regulatory reviews, ensuring adherence to complex regulatory frameworks and safeguarding organizational compliance.
Her expertise extends to Ethics and Independence, where she played a pivotal role in designing and leading the Broker Import Process at KPMG India. This initiative was not only recognized globally within KPMG but also commended by regulators.
