Johanne is recognized for enhancing clients’ GRC practices through leading-practice insights, strategic recommendations, and tangible performance improvements.

      A specialist in applying advanced risk management and internal audit methodologies, Johanne has extensive cross-sector experience, with a strong emphasis on financial services, including numerous engagements with listed and licensed entities. His earlier exposure to strategic performance improvement also enables him to approach risk and control matters with a forward-looking, outcomes-driven mindset.

      Throughout his tenure with KPMG in Kuwait, he has led over 150 engagements, including outsourced internal audit services to over 25 organizations and directing quality assessment reviews for over a dozen major institutions. His broader experience includes internal control reviews, regulatory reviews, financial crime reviews, RCSAs, and enterprise risk management advisory projects; making him highly versatile across the full breadth of risk consulting services.
