Imran Shaik is an Associate Partner at KPMG in Kuwait and leads the firm's Infrastructure & Government Advisory practice. He has over 25 years of experience advising government entities, sovereign-linked organizations and private sector clients, including more than two decades in Kuwait.
His work spans strategy, feasibility studies, PPP structuring, procurement and bid advisory, financial modeling, project finance, due diligence, valuations, debt advisory and restructuring across infrastructure, real estate, energy, telecommunications, education, healthcare and food & beverage.
He has supported national projects including new cities, industrial zones and PPP programs. Imran is a Chartered Accountant and IIM Calcutta alumnus.
