Dina Rizkallah

Dina brings over 20 years of experience in auditing and assurance services at KPMG. She joined KPMG Kuwait in 2015, following 11 years with KPMG Egypt and 18 months with KPMG US through the Global Mobility Program.

Throughout her career, Dina has led large and complex audit engagements, including global and multi-location audits, across a wide range of industries such as real estate, investment companies, retail and consumer markets, shipping, government entities, and not‑for‑profit organizations.

She has a strong track record in delivering industry-focused audits and mentoring high-performing teams. Dina is recognized for her networking skills and her ability to build and sustain trusted, collaborative relationships internally and externally.

Dina currently heads the SoQM for the KPMG CASA Region since October 2025, overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and monitoring of the SoQM across the member firms. She also serves as the SoQM Leader for KPMG Kuwait since April 2025, responsible for designing and implementing the firm-wide SoQM and ensuring effective monitoring and compliance.

Additionally, Dina manages the planning, design, and delivery of technical and professional training programs that support audit quality and staff development. She works closely with audit leadership and regional L&D teams to align training strategies with global initiatives and promote continuous learning across all levels.

She is also a senior member of the Department of Professional Practice (“DPP”), providing technical guidance to audit teams and supporting them in navigating complex audit matters in line with global standards.

Dina serves as the Methodology and Audit Tool Champion for the Audit Department and was a key contributor in the firm’s transition from KAM/eAudIT to KAEG/KCW, a major platform and core component of the Global Audit Quality initiatives.
