Go Tsuchiya is engaged in the development of risk management system, formulation of business continuity plan, crisis management secretariat, operational improvement, formulation of medium-term business plans, etc. in the risk management department and system planning department of an international credit card company, before joining KPMG Business Advisory (present KPMG Consulting). He has since worked on numerous projects related to sophistication of risk management system, including environmental, social, and corporate governance issues, crisis management support, formulation of global business continuity plan, emergency responses such as fraud investigations, sustainable supply chain and procurement, support for materiality identification, support for geopolitical risk management, etc. in various industries such as finance, manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, distribution, and restaurants. He also gives lectures, writes articles, and authors books on resilience, sustainable supply chain, and risk management.
