After working at a major IT firm, Eisuke Terui joined a foreign total consulting firm and worked in the CRM group of the production and logistics division. He then took on the role of a CX (customer experience) partner at another foreign total consulting firm. He holds over 20 years of consulting experience in the area of customer service. He mainly provides B2C consultancy, with streamlined support for the planning of new services, direction of UX design, service digitization PMO, and post-launch service improvement activities.
