For 25 years, I have been engaged in consulting for the healthcare and life sciences sectors. I have extensive project experience, particularly in growth strategies, M&A strategies, due diligence, business viability assessments, customer engagement, CRM, and analytics. I have consistently supported clients from the optimal strategic planning to engaging target customers. In recent years, I have also handled numerous projects involving not only pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers but also other industries entering and expanding in the healthcare domain. I have collaborated with clients in the consumer goods, materials, finance, and manufacturing sectors. Before joining KPMG, I gained experience in international strategy firms, healthcare vendors, and pharmaceutical companies.
