Adam Baylis

Adam is a Partner in Management Consulting. He advises leading organisations on transforming their businesses through operating model design & implementation, enterprise operational improvement initiatives and large-scale process optimisation mandates. Adam has a particularly strong interest in the nexus between people, process and technology and brings a wealth of experience advising clients on structuring their businesses, processes, and teams to get the best out of technology platforms. He has broad sector experience across financial services, life sciences, telecommunications and government. Having worked for KPMG in Australia, Japan and the broader Asia Pacific, Adam also has experience in delivering complex project outcomes for a range of the world’s leading organisations across cultures, time zones and geographies. In addition to his Japan-focused responsibilities, Adam is proud to represent KPMG as the Chief Operating Officer for the Advisory business in the Asia Pacific. In this role, as a member of the Regional Leadership Team, he supports the implementation of KPMG’s Global Advisory strategy across the Asia Pacific region.
