As the lead for climate change and decarbonization consulting services in the Sustainability Transformation Unit, Tae Aso provides a wide range of services across all sectors, including strategy development, policy formulation, execution management and disclosure to enable companies to achieve decarbonization management. Previously, she was engaged in a variety of services in the financial sector, including risk management, internal control and governance construction, operational transformation, digital strategy and customer strategy. Her expertise lies in structural reforms that anticipate market trends, and the translation of vision and concepts into strategies and measures.
