After working at a global comprehensive consulting firm, Tomoya Tatsukawa joined KPMG Consulting as a founding member in 2014. Over more than 30 years, he has amassed extensive experience as a consultant and project leader in business transformation and system renewal projects for major companies across various industries. He has led CFO advisory services, supporting end-to-end business transformation and system renewal in the areas of financial and management accounting, from drafting basic concepts to implementation and establishment. Currently, he serves as the head of Enterprise Solutions, supporting business transformation and DX using advanced ERP, cloud platforms, AI, and KPMG's global methodologies and assets.
