After graduating from high school and university in the US, Nobuhiro Tamura worked at a major audit consulting firm, engaging in numerous consulting projects for operational reforms, as well as the formulation, implementation, establishment, and roll-out of technology use visions. He then worked as an independent consultant and at a firm specializing in governmental agencies, before joining KPMG Consulting in 2014. He leads the development of Powered Enterprise, KPMG's operational reform service, in Japan and also supports projects that use this service. He worked in India from 2016 to 2021, where he gained experience in providing consulting services to overseas offices of Japanese companies. Since 2024, he has worked in Texas, USA, supporting Japanese companies in North America, Central America, and South America. He has a track record in providing support to various industries such as the automotive, manufacturing, logistics, energy, and entertainment industries, as well as trading firms and non-bank financial institutions.
