Isao Nakajima worked on numerous projects for optimization and systemization of financial accounting operations, refinement of management accounting, formulation of management plans, cost management, business process re-engineering, etc. in several major general consulting firms, before joining KPMG Consulting in 2014. He leads projects related to the optimization and acceleration of account settlement, introduction of the company system, introduction of enterprise performance management, and formulation of business plans. Since 2020, he has primarily worked with clients in CRS sector (consumer goods, retail distribution, and service industries), covering everything from strategic projects to system projects. He is currently the CRS Industry Team Lead within Technology Unit.
