Tomoya Miyazaki worked at a major system integrator, a major car manufacturer, and in the strategy team at multiple accounting and audit consulting firms, before taking his current position. Under the rubric of developing mobility-based ecosystems, he engages in the formulation of management strategies, market and future trend analysis, and the formulation of business design and alliance strategies. His strength consists in the formulation of various strategies based on business impacts such as the areas of Connected, Autonomous, Shared & Services, and Electric, as well as the implementation of Mobility as a Service and autonomous driving mobility in society. He currently serves as the leader of the mobility team in the Strategy & Transformation Unit of KPMG Consulting. He is also a core member of KPMG Mobility Research Japan.
